Returns & Exchanges

General Rules

• You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Returns can be sent via any shipping carrier of your choice.
• The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Required Documents

A completed Return/Exchange Form is mandatory for your request to be processed.
You can find and download it in the Return/Exchange Form tab.

Condition of Items

Returned or exchanged items must be in perfect, original condition. We cannot accept products that show any signs of use,
including:

• Odors (e.g., perfume, cigarette smoke, laundry detergent)
• Stains or dirt
• Pet hair or human hair
• Cosmetic marks (e.g., foundation, cream, deodorant)
• Signs of washing, steaming, or material damage
• Detached or missing tags/labels

Important: Items missing the original tag or label will result in a rejected return or exchange request.

Refund Process

Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment we receive your return package and verify
the condition of the items.
