Terms and Conditions of the MISI Online Store

General Provisions

  • These regulations define the rules for using the MISI online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller.
  • The MISI online store is represented by MISI Milena Świrk, with its registered office at 60 Jaśminowa Street in Zawonia 55-106. Tax Identification Number (NIP) 9151825312 and National Business Registry Number (REGON) 524936977.
  • By using the Store, the Customer accepts these regulations and undertakes to comply with them.

Orders

  • Orders are placed via the MISI online store.
  • All prices listed in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
  • The Customer may place an order by selecting products available in the Store, adding them to the cart, and confirming the order during the checkout process.
  • After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation containing basic information about the order.
  • Orders are fulfilled within Poland.

Payments

  • The MISI online store offers the following payment methods:
  • Bank transfer – bank transfer details will be provided in the order confirmation.
  • Electronic payment – various online payment methods are available, such as payment cards, e-wallets, etc.
  • The order will be shipped upon receipt of full payment, with the exception of cash on delivery.

Delivery

  • Shipping costs are determined when placing your order and depend on the chosen shipping method and shipping address.
  • The MISI online store makes every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Detailed information regarding delivery times will be provided in the description of each product.
  • In the event of delays in delivery, the Customer will be informed of the expected delivery date.
  • Order processing time is up to 7 working days + 2 days delivery time.

Returns and Complaints

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.
  • In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the goods intact and complete, at his own expense.
  • In the event of a complaint regarding the goods, the Customer should contact the Store to determine further steps.
  • The MISI online store will review complaints within 14 days of receiving them. A response will be provided to the Customer in writing. If the complaint is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Personal Data Protection

  • The controller of personal data provided by Customers is MISI Milena Świrk, with its registered office at ul. Jaśminowa 60, 55-106 Zawonia. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Store’s Privacy Policy.
  • Customers’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR.

Final Provisions

  • These regulations are available to the Customer on the Store’s website and can be downloaded, saved, and printed.
  • The MISI online store reserves the right to change the regulations at any time, provided that this does not violate the acquired rights of Customers.
  • In matters not regulated in these regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  • These regulations come into force on 1 July 2023 of their publication on the Store’s website.
